Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Processing Time

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our location in Virginia within 1-2 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.

Undeliverable Packages

If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A shipping rate will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the entire order with corrected shipping address to off-set item and shipping costs.

If we do not have an item in inventory to re-send, we will refund you 50% of the cost of the item. You may choose to have 50% of the entire order refunded if you do not want the order re-delivered (not including the shipping cost).

If your package was lost in the mail, please contact us. We will work with you to the best of our abilities. You will be charged 50% of your order for us to re-send it to you (depending on item availability) along with shipping costs. Otherwise, we will refund you 50% of the original order.
